This 950-acre site is being “healed” by a series of redevelopment projects which implement the Chambers Creek Properties Master Site Plan.

Chambers Creek is unique among projects. This 950-acre site occupies 2 miles of Puget Sound shoreline and 3 miles of wooded canyon. AHBL provided civil engineering for an 18-hole world-class championship golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones II. Environmental features include use of "reclaimed" treated wastewater for golf course irrigation, Audubon International "Silver Rating" (Environmental Rating), and a "Scottish links" design which minimizes irrigated areas and leaves much of the course in meadow and grassland, similar to original prairie conditions. AHBL also provided civil and structural engineering services for the clubhouse, starter hut, restrooms, satellite maintenance building, and maintenance building.
