Columbian Basin Health Association Connell Clinic

AHBL’s civil engineering team provided comprehensive site development and stormwater design services for the expansion of a new healthcare facility for Columbia Basin Health Association (CBHA) in Connell, Washington. The project adds 26 exam and consulting rooms, a centralized medical area, and a physical training room, increasing the clinic’s capacity to serve the community. Our work supported the architect’s site plan and ensured the new addition integrates seamlessly with existing infrastructure. AHBL’s scope included stormwater design using onsite infiltration, grading and utility planning, construction phase support, and coordination with the City of Connell to streamline permitting and maintain compliance with Eastern Washington stormwater standards. AHBL surveyors provided a site survey for the new addition. This project reflects AHBL’s commitment to delivering efficient, sustainable, and constructible civil solutions that enhance healthcare environments and support long term facility performance.
