This Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is one of the largest civil engineering contracts in Washington

AHBL has served as the prime consultant on multiple IDIQ Contracts for Civil/Environmental Design and Construction Support Services at Joint Base Lewis-McChord starting in 2004. Work under these contracts spanned Washington state at each of JBLM’s installations, including JBLM-Main, JBLM-North, JBLM-McChord Field, and JBLM-YTC. 

The contracts involved a wide variety of projects, including transportation projects such as traffic studies and roundabout design, infrastructure replacement of water mains; stormwater improvements and comprehensive plans; ADA improvements; parking improvements; pump stations; and building-related engineering projects.
