This 10,650 SF facility is located near Road 76 and Sandifur Parkway and serves the Broadmoor area that has been incorporated into the City. With a focus on sustainability, the landscape plan consists of low-water use native and adaptive plant material, along with a highly efficient sub-surface drip irrigation system.
