YMCA Pearl Street Phase I

Advancing community wellness with a new aquatics‑focused YMCA facility

AHBL provided structural engineering services for the 94,000 SF replacement YMCA on Pearl Street. The facility will replace the aged Morgan Family YMCA, which has served Tacoma for more than 40 years. The new facility features a modern aquatics center, gathering spaces, health and well-being areas, cycling and yoga spaces, and a youth and teen center.
