Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture for a Mixed‑Use Multifamily Project

Analog Apartments is a seven story, mixed use multifamily project located at the corner of South Fawcett Avenue and South 15th Street in Tacoma’s Hilltop neighborhood. AHBL provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services to support permitting and site development for this urban infill project. Civil engineering services included site grading, stormwater management, utility design, erosion control, and coordination with the City of Tacoma for adjacent right of way improvements. Landscape architecture services focused on on site and streetscape planting and irrigation, including rooftop planting concepts and landscape code compliance. Through close coordination with the project team and local agencies, AHBL helped streamline permitting and support the successful delivery of a high density residential development in a growing Tacoma neighborhood
