The Ace Hardware Build-to-Suit (BTS) Facility is a 522,000 SF distribution center within a logistics park developed by LPC. AHBL provided structural engineering services, partnering with the project team to deliver an efficient warehouse with tilt-up construction, 71 dock doors, and a 36-foot clear height.

AHBL supported permitting through construction, delivering value-driven solutions. Despite COVID-related challenges, the team maintained strong coordination through remote collaboration.
