East Town Center

This project is a multifamily residential development located in Puyallup, designed to provide quality housing options in a growing urban area. The project features a mix of apartment units tailored to meet the needs of a diverse community, with an emphasis on accessibility, livability, and integration with surrounding infrastructure. AHBL served as the civil engineering consultant for this project, delivering critical site development services that supported the project from concept through construction. A key component of AHBL’s scope was stormwater management, designing and implementing systems that ensure effective drainage, water quality treatment, and compliance with local and state environmental regulations. Our work included grading, utility coordination, and site layout, all aimed at creating a functional and sustainable residential environment.
