Civil engineering and planning for a modern industrial facility

Bridge Steele North-Kurv Tacoma II is a 119,150 SF modern industrial facility developed by Bridge Industrial to expand high quality logistics capacity in the Pierce County market. Located near I 5 and SR 520, the site enables fast regional and port access for distribution and light industrial users.

AHBL delivered full civil engineering and planning services for this infill project, including site design, utilities, grading, drainage, and technical documentation such as the SWPPP, drainage report, and specifications. AHBL planners also led the Rezone, CUP, SEPA checklist, and SPR submittals, helping navigate oak habitat mitigation and complex street access requirements.

The building sits on 6.9 acres with efficient site planning to maximize circulation and operational performance within a compact footprint.
