AHBL provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, and land surveying services for the Muckleshoot Casino’s new 18-story resort hotel expansion which was designed to have views of Mount Rainier, the Olympic Mountain Range, and the Seattle Skyline. The new glass tower features 400 guest rooms, expanded gaming space that includes 2,600 slot machines and 105 table games, an indoor pool and spa, and a rooftop steakhouse. A new parking garage was also constructed to enhance visitor experience and improve safety and accessibility. Early phases of work also included the addition of a 20,000 SF events center, three casual dining options, and Caesars Sportsbook.
