AHBL provided structural design services for the new FedEx Freight Cross Dock facility located on a 21-acre site in Fife. The 32,000 sf Cross Dock is a pre-engineered  metal building with flexible design for a 56,000 sf future expansion and an attached 5,600 sf concrete tilt-up office building.  We worked with FedEx to modify and site-adapt the prototypical FedEx Cross Dock facility.  The project also included a separate fueling station and pre-engineered metal building maintenance facility.
