This Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract is one of the largest civil engineering contracts in Washington.
AHBL has served as the prime consultant on the IDIQ Contract for Civil/Environmental Design and Construction Support Services at Joint Base Lewis-McChord since 2004. Work under this contract has spanned Washington state at each of JBLM's installations, including JBLM-Main, JBLM-North, JBLM-McChord Field, and JBLM-YTC.
The contract involves a wide variety of projects, including transportation projects such as traffic studies and roundabout design, infrastructure replacement of water mains; stormwater improvements and comprehensive plans; ADA improvements; parking improvements; pump stations; and building-related engineering projects.
