AHBL Spokane Offices Relocation

AHBL Spokane has relocated offices to 601 W Main Avenue, Suite 305, Spokane, WA 99201.

AHBL, Inc. first established an office in Spokane in 2008 with a staff of two, growing to a dozen by 2020. The Spokane Office currently employs 13 people with plans to continue adding staff over the next year.

AHBL’s new Class-A office space is 3,400 SF and is customized to suit future growth and collaboration. The new construction has an open floor plan and improved layout for better utilization of the space with a capacity to increase our staff to 21 in order to handle higher workloads and better serve our clients.

“Our team loves the nice bright spaces. One team member mentioned he felt like he’s started a new job,” said Craig Andersen, Director of Landscape Architecture, AHBL Spokane.

The building is located one block away from the popular Riverfront Park in the heart of downtown Spokane. A large collaboration workspace has room for our interdisciplinary teams to spread out and interactively work with clients using a touchscreen TV monitor. There is also a floor-to-ceiling dry erase wall, movable dry erase and pin up boards, and flexible seating for reconfiguration to support the diversity of projects and services we provide.
