AHBL provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, and land survey services for a 3.4-acre subdivision with 17 single-family lots, one existing home, and associated infrastructure, including roadways, stormwater management, utilities, and the widening of Park Road. The civil engineering team developed plans for on-site roads, lot grading, sanitary sewer, stormwater drainage, erosion control, and off-site roadway improvements, ensuring compliance with the Spokane Regional Stormwater Manual. They also assisted the client and coordinated with contractors during construction, produced record drawings, and liaised with agencies. Landscape architects created planting plans and landscape construction documents per Spokane County zoning code. Our land surveyors provided a legal description of the existing home lot to define an easement location.
