Multifamily townhome community in Puyallup

AHBL provided full-service civil engineering and permitting for Uplands Townhomes Phase I, an 86-unit multifamily community in Puyallup, WA. The scope included roadway design, site grading, sewer, and stormwater systems, as well as coordination with wetlands and buffer areas surrounding the site. This project was part of the larger Uplands 320 Master Planned Community by Tarragon, for which AHBL also delivered civil engineering and land surveying for approximately 1,100 homes, preserved wetlands, open spaces, and a primary park oriented for views of Mt. Rainier. A pedestrian trail at the southern corner connects the townhomes to the broader community.
