Multifamily project advances with coordinated onsite and off‑site infrastructure improvements

The GOAT at Broadmoor is a 250-unit multifamily residential community in Pasco, spread across nine buildings on a 12-acre site. AHBL provided full civil engineering and landscape architecture services, coordinating closely with the adjacent Affinity at Broadmoor project while developing a distinct plan set to meet separate funding and entitlement requirements. Our team designed site grading, stormwater systems, erosion control, and utilities to meet City of Pasco and Washington State Department of Ecology standards. Offsite improvements included 2,700 LF of roadway and 1,800 LF of utility extensions. AHBL also delivered planting and irrigation plans, supported permitting, and provided construction phase services to keep the project moving smoothly.
