AHBL provided civil engineering services for this 120-townhome subdivision in unincorporated Pierce County. The 7.6-acres parcel was designed to support 20 single-family detached lots and 100 zero lot-line single-family lots accessed from both public and private roads. AHBL provided civil engineering design services through construction documents including preparation of an early start grading permit, TESC and SWPPP, offsite sewer line extension and latecomer agreement, onsite grading and storm drainage plans, public and private road plans, public stormwater facility expansion and maintenance agreement, as well as Tacoma Water and PSE coordination.
