Affinity at Broadmoor is a senior living community designed to support independent, active lifestyles for older adults in Pasco. The 170-unit development spans six acres and features amenities and site elements tailored to comfort, accessibility, and ease of maintenance. AHBL provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services, including site layout, grading, drainage, and planting and irrigation plans that meet City zoning standards. Our team also supported entitlement efforts through SEPA documentation and fee estimates and provided construction administration to guide the project through permitting. The result is a thoughtfully designed environment that enhances quality of life while meeting funding and regulatory requirements.
