AHBL provided comprehensive civil and structural engineering, landscape architecture, and land survey services for the 192,306 SF Green Acres Distribution Center in Spokane, Washington. Completed in 2023, this industrial facility enhances Spokane’s warehousing and distribution capabilities with its strategic location featuring rail access and proximity to I-90. AHBL’s involvement included site engineering, roadway planning, and value engineering of structural systems, ensuring economical construction while meeting all code requirements. Their landscape architecture team designed detailed planting and irrigation plans, and surveyors conducted boundary, topographic, ALTA, and mapping services for the 12-acre site.
