Efficient structural engineering for industrial warehouse campus

AHBL provided structural engineering services for Bridge Development’s Kent two warehouses. The project consists of two tilt-up concrete buildings, a 250,836 SF warehouse and a secondary 48,703 SF warehouse. Our structural engineers worked closely with the contractor to value engineer the structural systems to ensure they were as economical as possible. Our structural engineers also prepared a quality assurance plan detailing material code and construction inspection requirements, roof framing plans, structural tilt-up wall elevations for panel reinforcement, and permitting assistance.
