Integrated site design for a next‑generation robotic fulfillment facility

AHBL provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, and land surveying services for a 516,746 SF Robotic Sortation Center in Fife. Built on over 41 acres leased from the Puyallup Tribe, the facility features advanced robotics, 36-foot clear heights, a 184,352 SF mezzanine, and a separate office space. AHBL’s team tackled everything from site grading and stormwater design to utility extensions and frontage improvements, working closely with multiple jurisdictions to streamline permitting. Our surveyors supported design and entitlement with detailed boundary and topographic surveys. The landscape architecture team brought the site to life with planting and irrigation plans, construction documents, and final conformance services.
