Tilt‑up concrete warehouse with future‑ready structural systems

AHBL provided structural engineering services for a new Class A industrial warehouse in Pierce County. The 478,235 SF concrete tilt-up building sits on over 28 acres and is part of a 2.5 million SF master-planned industrial park. Leased by a global home furnishings retailer, the facility features 36-foot clear heights, 46 dock doors, two drive-in doors, and 123 trailer parking spots. AHBL’s scope included structural shell design, roof framing plans, tilt-up wall elevations, and mezzanine foundation design. The design also anticipates future building modifications, ensuring long-term flexibility for the tenant.
