The Fife School District’s Early Learning Center project enhances the district’s administrative site in Milton with significant improvements to outdoor play and recreational spaces. AHBL is providing landscape architecture and civil engineering services to support the development of new playground areas and improved site entry. The landscape architecture scope encompasses playground design, site furnishings, planting, and irrigation, fostering a vibrant and engaging environment for early learners. AHBL’s expertise ensures a well-integrated design that aligns with permitting requirements while meeting the district’s goals for functionality, safety, and sustainability. Civil engineering efforts focus on grading, paving, stormwater management, and utility coordination to ensure seamless site functionality.
