Multidisciplinary site design for healthcare facility in Pasco

AHBL provided land surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for Columbia Basin Health Association’s new clinic in Pasco. The modern facility offers integrated medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, and behavioral health services, with a welcoming entry, patient drop‑off area, and ample parking. AHBL established comprehensive survey control and prepared boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS surveys to support accurate site planning and design. Civil engineering services included site access and parking layout, grading, utilities, stormwater management, and roadway and public utility improvements along Three Rivers Drive and Road 68, as well as permitting with the City of Pasco. Landscape architecture completed a low‑maintenance, native‑focused design, including a custom green roof and efficient irrigation, creating a functional, sustainable, and patient‑centered environment.
