River’s Edge is a 254-unit, 3 phase residential subdivision.  AHBL designed all 3 phases at once, with completion on an accelerated schedule. We provided design services for grading, sewer, water, stormwater, and landscape. The project also involved the design of a sanitary sewer pump station, frontage improvements to State Route 162, and a shoreline permit from City of Orting and Washington State Department of Ecology. AHBL worked closely with the City of Orting and the city’s review engineer to expedite the plan review. We also provided construction staking and final plat survey documents.
