122 lots on 300 acres

This subdivision is sited on the former Plum Creek Timber property located in the Mt. Rainier foothills and bi-sected by the Pierce County Foothills Trail.

Carbon River Highlands features 122 large lots on 300-acres with beautiful views in a lush country setting. The project's rural location offered up interesting project challenges with a site constrained by wetlands and steep topography.

The project was completed in two phases. Phase I consisted of 62 5-acre lots served by wells and septic systems. It features a private road system that temporarily dead-ends to Phase II.  Carbon River Highlands Phase II is undergoing land use approvals. This phase features 60 one-acre lots clustered in groups of 12 within each 20-acre ownership.
