The 3-story, 70,000 sf building is located along a main thoroughfare , providing an inviting front door to the campus. It is also home to the Providence Everett Healthcare Clinic. AHBL’s civil scope included grading, drainage, water, a new sanitary sewer system, and paving. The drainage design provides treatment for the stormwater which previously drained directly into the sewer and caused flooding during heavy rains. New raingardens provide infiltration for 50% of the site’s stormwater. AHBL also provided pre-design for an off-site parking lot.
