The 160,000 sf Lowe's Home Improvement Store is the anchor tenant surrounded by smaller, well-known businesses like Starbucks, Twin Star Credit Union, Desert Sun, and a variety of restaurants. For the Lowe's, the first project completed, AHBL worked closely with the City to receive staggered review and project approvals, which significantly accelerated project construction. The entire site features parking lot rain gardens to sustainably manage stormwater.
