The Future for Women Leaders in the A/E/C Industry

In a historically non-diverse industry, AHBL civil leader, Doreen Gavin, represents a generation of women unafraid to challenge the status quo and pave the way for future female leaders.

Her lifelong career in A/E/C taught her that sometimes the most important asset is adaptability, and that success can be achieved through a non-traditional approach. Today, she stands alongside powerful women in the industry which is “more open than ever to women leaders.”
