Wayne is an AHBL principal with over three decades of experience in the public and private sectors. His expertise spans all major facets of planning, including comprehensive plans, public outreach, zoning codes, feasibility studies, and environmental review. Wayne has managed various shoreline master programs and critical area regulation updates for cities, counties, and state agencies across Washington. He is a recognized expert in green infrastructure planning, serving as an adjunct faculty member at The Ohio State University and as a member of Ecology’s Stormwater Strategic Initiative Advisory Committee.
