Nicole is an associate principal with experience working on planning and economic development projects for both private and public clients across Washington. She specializes in policy development, code writing, environmental analysis, and development review. Nicole is skilled in group facilitation, public presentations, and guiding high-profile projects. She also trains planners and local officials and frequently speaks at the Washington State Department of Commerce’s “Short Course on Local Planning.” Her work is rooted in her extensive knowledge of Washington’s Growth Management Act.
