Ken is an AHBL principal, specializing in civic, military, education, multi-family housing, and historic renovation projects throughout Washington. He is an expert in alternative construction delivery methods, including Design/Build, GC/CM, and progressive D/B, completing numerous projects for the Department of Defense, tribal authorities, developers, and schools. Ken excels at creating cost-effective, integrated designs using Lean Construction principles. He frequently collaborates with contractors and architects to develop structural framing that complements architectural design. His responsibilities include value engineering, code review, and quality control of structural documents and BIM.
