Dean is AHBL’s chief of parties and project manager. He has decades of professional surveying experience, including fieldwork on topographic, boundary, and construction surveys. Dean is responsible for project scheduling both in the field and in the office. He also has experience with grant-funded projects and understands their requirements. Additionally, he coordinates regular safety education sessions to ensure the safety of the survey crew in the field.
