Integrated site design powers STCU’s expanding Othello branch

AHBL provided integrated civil engineering, landscape architecture, and land surveying services for the STCU Othello Branch, delivered in two phases. Phase I included an 800 SF “Shoebox Branch” with drive-through teller and ATM stalls, designed for future expansion. Our team supported the project with topographic and boundary surveys, efficient stormwater design using biofiltration, and coordinated alley frontage improvements. Phase II, currently in design, will add 4,000 SF, new parking, and expanded site access. The landscape plan features low-water-use, drought-tolerant plantings that enhance sustainability and reduce long-term maintenance.
