The building stands three stories, plus a basement, and offers a total of 20,000 sf of office space spread out over two floors; one level of retail at 10,000 sf; and about 20,000 sf of structured parking on one and a half levels. AHBL's team of engineers provided several value engineering recommendations that resulted in substantial cost savings to the building's owner. The construction cost was $4.2M.
