AHBL completed planning, grading, drainage, on-site private and off-site public road design, and construction observation. We performed hydraulic analysis and designed several single-cell detention ponds including water quality measures. AHBL also coordinated the preparation of final plat survey documents. Unique to this project were the property’s steep slopes. In addition, the site included walking trails around Coplar Creek, and an RV park – complete with hookups and gated, secure RV storage.
