Northgate Library, Community Center & Urban Park

AHBL provided civil and structural engineering services for this $18.4M project that received a LEED Gold rating. The project included design of a new 10,000 sf library, 20,000 sf community center, and 1.7-acre park located on the same site.

AHBL worked with the design team to incorporate a number of "green" features into the project. These include the reuse of rainwater for irrigation purposes and a drainage design that reduces stormwater runoff from the site and provides water quality treatment.
