W. Broadway SURGE Recognized With EPA Award

The City of Spokane received the Performance and Innovation in the State Revolving Funding Creating Environmental Success (PISCES) Award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in recognition of the West Broadway SURGE Project designed by AHBL.  The Broadway SURGE uses 28 storm garden boxes and pervious paving to treat runoff and reduce volumes to the City's CSO.  Additional information about the award is at EPA's website.
