Shoreline Public Schools' Modular Classroom Project Wins Award

AHBL served as prime consultant

The Modular Classroom project for Shoreline Public Schools recently received the 2009 Award of Distinction: 1st Place for Permanent Modular: Education: Under 5,000 sf by Modular Building Institute. AHBL served as the prime consultant to Shoreline Public Schools.  The multi-disciplinary team replaced portables at six school sites in the City of Shoreline and two school sites in the City of Lake Forest Park.  The project consisted of demolishing 21 existing "dry" portable buildings and replacing them with prefabricated "wet" modular buildings.
