AHBL is pleased to share the promotion of Tyler Watkins, PE in our Tacoma office from senior civil engineer to civil project manager. Tyler has eight years of experience as a civil engineer working with architects, developers, design-build contractors, private owners, and public clients. His work includes design on residential, commercial, and industrial projects, which provides him with a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of land development engineering. Tyler has worked with many municipalities throughout Western Washington, which allows him to utilize his relationships to collaborate and add project value on behalf of his clients. This helps to ensure that clients efficiently meet their goals and schedules during the land use, permitting, and construction phases of each project.

Outside the office, he is an active member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. In Tyler’s free time, he enjoys snowboarding, hiking, water sports, traveling to new places, and restoring his classic car.
