AHBL provided on-call planning services to the City of Richland, supporting key code revisions and staff augmentation efforts. Tasks included updates to the Subdivision Code, Comprehensive Plan, and Critical Areas Code to align with local and state requirements. Our team prepared text amendments and rezoning ordinances for the waterfront district to allow public park use. We also assisted with the Shoreline Master Program update, working with Ecology, staff, and local officials to complete the submission.
