Todd is a AHBL principal with experience leading civil projects for public and private clients. His portfolio includes military, residential, commercial, municipal, and educational projects, with technical expertise in water flow calculations, site grading, drainage design, and construction administration. Todd’s work within western Washington municipalities allows him to effectively communicate and negotiate on behalf of his clients during land use, permitting, and construction phases. He is DBIA certified and has expertise in alternative delivery methods, including design/build and general contractor/construction manager (GC/CM).
