Erick is a principal at AHBL with years of civil engineering experience in Central and Eastern Washington. He has overseen a range of stormwater, building, and site-related civil design projects for local school districts, municipalities, and military installations across the state. He has provided civil engineering for federal buildings internationally.  Erick’s expertise includes analyzing site plans, preparing construction cost estimates, and designing stormwater management systems. His projects vary from small access improvements to large-scale new construction. Erick is experienced in GC/CM, D/B/B, and D/B delivery methods.
