Alex is a planning project manager with experience in both private and public sectors across Washington. He specializes in development review, planning policy, code writing, environmental review, and parks planning. Alex has extensive public engagement experience, including creating outreach materials, leading presentations, and briefing elected officials. He is knowledgeable about Washington’s Growth Management Act, State Environmental Policy Act, and Shoreline Management Act. Currently, he serves as the reviewing planner for the Ten Trails and Lawson Hills Master Planned Developments in Black Diamond.
